Data Warehousing capabilities allow our customers to access their document image databases as they reside long term on our secure web server environment. SCAN ON DEMAND

Scan On Demand is a unique file delivery option available to The Data Vault clients. Paper records residing in The Data Vault Records Storage Center may be scanned to image files as opposed to delivering the paper files. This allows our customers to enjoy the benefits of Document Imaging Technology for storage and retrieval applications on an “as needed basis” and at a very low cost. Why scan the entire set of paper based records when you will only access a small percentage of the documents?

Daily, weekly, monthly The Data Vault can pickup your documents, scan, index and provide image database management services to maintain your document imaging workflow application.

STORE THE IMAGED PAPER

An added benefit of sending documents to The Data Vault for scanning is that we can store them in our Records Storage Center or shred them as appropriate after they have been imaged. Once they leave your business, you no longer have the burden of managing the paper.
